Refugees Welcome Hounslow (”RWH”) is run entirely by volunteers. We aim to provide a good service and to take account of your particular needs and wishes as service users.

We want to hear from you:

• if you have any complaints or concerns about our services and the work of any of our volunteers, or
• if you have any suggestions about how we could improve our services, or
• if you would like to give us any other kind of feedback about the services we provide.

We will treat all your complaints and comments with care and confidentiality. All complaints will be seen by the chairperson or vice-chairperson of RWH who will take responsibility for any resulting investigation. We will respond as quickly as possible to you, keeping you informed about timescales for progressing the issue raised.
