Refugees Welcome Hounslow (”RWH”) is run entirely by volunteers. We aim to provide a good service and to take account of your particular needs and wishes as service users.

We will treat all your complaints and comments with care and confidentiality. All complaints will be seen by the chairperson or vice-chairperson of RWH who will take responsibility for any resulting investigation. We will respond as quickly as possible to you, keeping you informed about timescales for progressing the issue raised.
